Aloha, and welcome to the Photo Session Booking Procedures page on my website! I've designed this page to provide you with a clear and concise outline of the process and procedures involved in booking a photo session with me.

As a dedicated photographer, I receive a significant number of inquiries every month. Rest assured, I make it a priority to respond to each and every inquiry, even if my schedule is fully booked. My commitment to my clients is paramount, and I ensure timely communication, addressing any inquiries at the earliest opportunity.

When sending an inquiry, please provide as much information as possible regarding your visit and photography needs. Most of my website pages have samples of the information I need to set up a photo session. Here is an example of some of the questions that I may ask:

What dates will you be in Oahu?
Where will you be staying while visiting Oahu?
What kind of session and package interests you?
What is your phone number?
What's your partner's name?
How many are in your group?
What are your family members' names and ages?

If you're shopping for a photographer, review my Photography Gallery, Photography Rates, and Frequently Asked Questions pages. Once you have reviewed these, please send me a detailed email about your visit and photography needs.

Once we have ironed out the details and you have decided on a package, the time and location of the photo session will be scheduled to your convenience. At this point, I will send you an agreement email.

You will have 24 hours to review and return the agreement and make a 50% deposit. Once the contract is returned and the deposit posted, your session is confirmed. The session will no longer be available if the 24-hour period has passed and the client does not respond.

My goal is to accommodate all inquiries when possible. I'll do my best to respond when I am unavailable.

I'm available seven days a week, and my daily hours of operation are from 7 am to 9 pm Hawaiian Time (excluding holidays). Meetings are by appointment only, and calls and emails are always welcome.
